Dropship Customer Standards

We expect Agline Dropship customers to adhere to strict standards of professionalism and integrity. Violations of these standards may result in the suspension or cancellation of your dropship account.

Website Requirements

Published Policies & Procedures
Your website must have a published privacy policy, refund policy, and terms and conditions of sale. These policies must comply with Australian Consumer Law.

Visually Appealing Website Design
We expect dropship customers to have thoughtfully structured and aesthetically appealing websites. Sites using the default WooCommerce or Shopify theme with zero customisations will not be accepted.

Top-Level Domain Name
Your website must have a top-level domain name. We strongly recommend .com.au domains, however .com, .net, .org domains will still be accepted.

Strong Website Security
Your website must be secure for customer transactions and you must keep all customer data safe and process customer data in accordance with Australian privacy laws.

It is recommended that you accept one payment method that does not require credit card information to be captured. Examples include PayPal, AfterPay or Zip Pay.

Operational Standards

Prompt Customer Service
You must provide timely and effective support to customers who have purchased Agline products. You are not required to offer telephone support, but must be reachable by email or other electronic means.

Content Originality
You may not reproduce articles, product descriptions or policy documents sourced from other websites without prior written consent. You may, however, use product descriptions produced by a product’s manufacturer.

Professional Email Address
You should respond to customer emails from a professional email address, such as support@yourdomain.com. Email addresses ending in @hotmail.com, @gmail.com and other free email services are not recommended.

3rd Party Marketplaces
Agline Dropship must not be used to fulfill orders for Amazon, eBay, Catch or other marketplace websites without prior written approval from Agline’s general manager.

Ethical & Legal Conduct Standards

Registered Business Name
In addition to an ABN, you must have a registered business name that matches your trading name. This ensures that you have the legal right to trade under your website’s name, and allows us to send parcels on your behalf confident that doing so does not infringe on the property of any other entity.

Product Reviews
Your website must only feature legitimate customer-provided product reviews. You must not claim recommendations and/or endorsements that have not been legitimately earned by your business.

Legal Compliance
You must not engage in unfair sales practices or make incorrect, misleading or deceptive statements about any Agline product. Furthermore, you may not misrepresent your business relationship with Agline or any brand stocked by Agline.
