Dropship Return Policy

Please familiarise yourself with the Agline Dropship Returns policy prior to placing an order with our dropship service.

Goods returned to sender

In circumstances where goods are returned to sender due to non-collection, incorrect address, or recipient refusal, a restocking fee of 20% will be incurred. Shipping fees will also be non-refundable.

If the goods are returned due to an error caused by Agline, or any carrier acting as an agent of Agline, the shipping portion of your order will be refunded and no restocking fee will be applied.

Change of mind returns

Change of mind returns will incur a restocking fee of 10%. The shipping portion of your dropship order is non-refundable.

We cannot accept change of mind returns for products under the following circumstances:

  • The product has been removed from the original packaging.
  • The product has labels or seals that have been removed.
  • The product has been visibly used in any way or is dirty/damaged
  • The product contains food or medication.
  • The end customer received the product more than 14 days ago.

Damaged or incorrect goods

Any goods that are sent incorrectly or arrived damaged will be replaced at Agline’s expense.

Agline will honour its warranty obligations as defined under Australian consumer law. Please contact us regarding any warranty claims and we will organise pickup and replacement of the product, in accordance with the warranty conditions of the product’s manufacturer.

We cannot accept warranty returns for pet toys or pet beds that have been damaged by an animal, unless a manufacturing fault can be identified with the product. We will forward such claims to the product manufacturer for investigation prior to accepting a return or replacement.

Returning a product

You must contact Agline prior to initiating a change of mind return. Goods should be addressed to {Your Store Name} Returns, 110 Levels Road, CAVAN SA 5094.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning goods, except in circumstances where Agline has agreed to cover return postage costs due to a mistake at our end.

Agline accepts no responsibility for loss or damage caused during return transit.

Product refunds will be issued to the credit card used to make the original dropship purchase.

Cancelling an order

Please contact us immediately if an order needs to be cancelled, as orders will not be refunded once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
