Under consumer law, you are not required to accept “change of mind” product returns, however customers increasingly expect that retailers will offer flexibility with exchanges and returns.

Agline does accept change of mind returns, however we charge a restocking fee of 10%. Whether you offer free returns, no returns, or pass the restocking fee along to your end customers is entirely up to you.
